Whitney called to follow up with the results of a test that I had to taken. She explained the results and what I needed to do next. She agreed to make an appointment with another doctor for a consultation. She was very courteous and made sure that she answered all my questions. She told me to be sure to call her if I thought of any other questions.

All of the staff are friendly, helpful and caring except the new lady that works the receptionist desk. She was not so friendly or helpful. I’ve been coming to this particular clinic since they opened years ago and have never been turned away. I came in as a walk in with my son ( I’m a single mother of four with two jobs) and she told me I should have called last Thursday to be seen this Monday. And to top it off when I came in (as a walk in) I walked up to the counter and she acted like I wasn’t standing there. Then the phone rang and when she answered it she was making an appointment. Working in customer service the right thing to do would have been to ask the person on the phone to please hold and tend to the person standing right in front of you first. Other than the woman at the front counter everything and everyone were amazing. I hope they find someone who suits the office a little bit better.

Crofton staff are caring and thoughtful. Seeing the urgency of an 8 yr old boy with an injured arm they triaged, xrayed, found a fracture and refer him to ortho all in 30 mins. They are top notch in my book.

Whitney took a lot of time with me. I am ashamed I was such a mess but I had been very sick for 3 weeks and couldn’t stop crying. She understood how I was feeling and talked with me about my condition. She gave me the meds that I needed and I had hope for better days by the time I left the office. As of today, I am feeling much better. Energy is up, coughing is under control, and my lungs are more rested. Thank you Whitney and Crofton Clinic team

Very attentive caring professional clean and sanitized Medical Clinic ! The nurse practitioner Whitney was very knowledgeable of the mental Health concerns I have had since I buried my son 2017 and that's been almost 5 YRS ago and she is the very first professional that made me absolutely ok to say and admit that I am not ok and that that is ok to not be ! She was very aware of the grief process and helped me more in the 30 mims or son that I was there more then any appt I've attended since the day my son was killed ! Dr. M ( Marissa) is great very thorough and on it and she is teaching alot of others to be as dedicated and an excellent Dr as she is one day ! Thank You guys for caring ! Keeping that blood pressure log lol !

I'm very pleased with everyone at Crofton Clinic From the moment I walked thru the front door the experience I had is everything you want when going to a new Drs Office,Kindness,compassion,true down to earth people,and of course Meresa,my Dr took great care of me and will continue too if it's up to me😇 Would I reccomend? I was in and out in 15 minutes. I have been there twice and not one patient was there. I love this place

Staff very professional and yet makes you feel comfortable. I myself don't like feeling uncomfortable, this is far from the feeling very down to earth great atmosphere .Blessed to finally found my Dr and new home away from home!! Crofton Clinic is great place. I'm self pay and there prices I'm very pleased with.Very Healthy And Satisfied 😊

I live no more than 5 minutes from 2 large doctors offices, and there your just another face. No one seems to really care, they just make you wait long periods of time to make a wild guess and get you out. Well at the Crofton Clinic you will not find yourself waiting a long time. If you have a busy schedule and find it hard to see a doctor they will work with you. Staff is top notch 👌! Very down to earth and make you feel at home. It took me only one visit to use them for my whole family! Love these guys!!!

They are so fast and amazing! I absolutely love this clinic and all the staff there! Great great great people and clinic, I can not tell people enough about how amazing Crofton clinic and the staff is! I am glad I only live 10 min away, but I promise even if I lived an hour away it would still be the only clinic I would go to! They can also do X-rays there, that is another huge plus for me!!

So very amazing. With some of the most friendly and amazing staff! They really went above and beyond to help me even with my 4 month son and my anxiety over worrying about being there during this sickness going around. I have never had such amazing ppl trying to help me. This place is truly awesome. The doctor even pointed out why the heal of my foot hurts so bad at time. I wasn’t there for that but for a messed up ankle and she made sure to let me know about the other issues going on with my foot. Thank you so much ma’am

Always ready for you when you arrive Every one is very friendly and willing to help as much as possible. The last two times I have been to the office I have needed assistance getting from car to office and they have brought me a wheelchair to get in office and back to car Really appreciate it. I called the clinic and was seen that very morning. Ms Muhlethaler examined my wound and made arrangements for me to see a specialist later in the day. Great care and friendly staff.
