I was welcomed with my name and a smile. I was there for lab work. The assistant remembered me and that I liked mt dew. There was no pain with the needle and very little bruising.

Whitney Almy, APRN was amazing. I have NEVER had any healthcare professional spend as much time with me and address every issue I had questions about. You can tell she definitely cares for her patients and their wellbeing. I have already recommended her to several friends. I absolutely love her.

Whitney Almy continues to be simply the best physician myself or my family has ever had with her blend of intelligent analyses of each symptom or feeling you have along with her genuine interest in what’s best for you. She always takes the time to make sure you leave confident. The front desk is also so very helpful and pleasant. I recently was blessed with their extra efforts in getting me in to see a specialist that was impossible for me to reach. I always leave the Crofton Clinic better/happier than I entered.

All of the staff are friendly, helpful and caring except the new lady that works the receptionist desk. She was not so friendly or helpful. I’ve been coming to this particular clinic since they opened years ago and have never been turned away. I came in as a walk in with my son ( I’m a single mother of four with two jobs) and she told me I should have called last Thursday to be seen this Monday. And to top it off when I came in (as a walk in) I walked up to the counter and she acted like I wasn’t standing there. Then the phone rang and when she answered it she was making an appointment. Working in customer service the right thing to do would have been to ask the person on the phone to please hold and tend to the person standing right in front of you first. Other than the woman at the front counter everything and everyone were amazing. I hope they find someone who suits the office a little bit better.

Well please very good place if you are sick

I always receive the best treatment here, and so do my children. Marisa is always straight up and down to earth. She feels like talking to a real person and not someone who looks at you like another number.

Dr.Maresa was great and the staff and they treated me so kind

Crofton staff are caring and thoughtful. Seeing the urgency of an 8 yr old boy with an injured arm they triaged, xrayed, found a fracture and refer him to ortho all in 30 mins. They are top notch in my book.

Whitney took a lot of time with me. I am ashamed I was such a mess but I had been very sick for 3 weeks and couldn’t stop crying. She understood how I was feeling and talked with me about my condition. She gave me the meds that I needed and I had hope for better days by the time I left the office. As of today, I am feeling much better. Energy is up, coughing is under control, and my lungs are more rested. Thank you Whitney and Crofton Clinic team

The nurse practitioner Whitney was very knowledgeable of the mental Health concerns I have had since I buried my son 2017 and that's been almost 5 YRS ago and she is the very first professional that made me absolutely ok to say and admit that I am not ok and that that is ok to not be ! She was very aware of the grief process and helped me more in the 30 mims or son that I was there more then any appt I've attended since the day my son was killed ! Dr. M ( Marissa) is great very thorough and on it and she is teaching alot of others to be as dedicated and an excellent Dr as she is one day ! Thank You guys for caring ! I live no more than 5 minutes from 2 large doctors offices, and there your just another face. No one seems to really care, they just make you wait long periods of time to make a wild guess and get you out. Well at the Crofton Clinic you will not find yourself waiting a long time. If you have a busy schedule and find it hard to see a doctor they will work with you. Staff is top notch 👌! Very down to earth and make you feel at home. It took me only one visit to use them for my whole family! Love these guys!!!

So very amazing. With some of the most friendly and amazing staff! They really went above and beyond to help me even with my 4 month son and my anxiety over worrying about being there during this sickness going around. I have never had such amazing ppl trying to help me. This place is truly awesome. The doctor even pointed out why the heal of my foot hurts so bad at time. I wasn’t there for that but for a messed up ankle and she made sure to let me know about the other issues going on with my foot. Thank you so much ma’am
